Category 01

Property Against Income

Fixed monthly income based on land/property purchase.

Minimum: 1000 sq.ft Income: 1% / month Duration: 50 months

The member purchases land/property from the company.
Monthly income of 1% of the total purchase amount.
Income is applicable for up to 50 months.

*Income is subject to plan activation and system rules.

Category 02

Property Leasing Against Income

Regular monthly income based on a property leasing agreement.

Income: 3% / month Duration: While agreement is active Term: 1–20 years

The member purchases a property.
The property is leased under a registered agreement.
As long as the agreement is active, income of 3% monthly is applicable.

*Agreement duration determines the income period.

Category 03

Agreement Against Income

Monthly income generated through the company agreement model.

Income: As per agreement Duration: While agreement is active

The member signs an agreement with the company.
Monthly income is generated according to the agreement terms.
Income continues as long as the agreement remains active.

*Final terms depend on the official agreement document.

ASSOCIATE PROGRAM

Silver & Gold Associates

Associates are created through the admin panel. They receive additional benefits based on member income/business performance.

Silver Associate

Income Share

Property Purchase: 1% of member income for 50 months
Property Leasing: 1% of member income while the agreement is active
Agreement Income: 1% of member income while the agreement is active

*Silver timeline is linked to the member’s selected category and duration.

Gold Associate

Monthly + Bonus

Monthly Income: 0.60% per month (as per the member’s duration)
Direct Bonus: 5% one-time on the business amount

*Gold benefits apply based on eligibility rules and admin approval.
